By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
1. Organiser: The prize draw is organised by hireful Ltd, registered at 15-17Strixton Manor Business Centre, Strixton, Northamptonshire, NN29 7PA.
2. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of hireful.
3. Entry Period: The prize draw will open on 06/11/2024 and close at 9am on 20/11/2024. Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw. To enter, participants must fill out the form on hireful's website. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. Prize: The prize consists of one £100 high-street voucher. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. The voucher may be subject to specific terms and conditions set by the retailer.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place on 20/11/24. The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.
7. Mailing List Consent: By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be added to hireful’s mailing list and consent to receive marketing communications, newsletters, and updates from hireful. Participants can opt-out of receiving such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails or contacting Hireful directly.
8. Publicity: By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Data Protection: Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of the prize draw and in accordance with hireful’s privacy policy. By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the administration of this prize draw.
10. Liability: Hireful will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the prize draw or from the acceptance of the prize, except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct. Hireful is not responsible for any technical or other difficulties that may result in entries being lost or not properly registered.
11. General: Hireful reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control. In the event of any dispute regarding the prize draw or these terms, the decision of Hireful is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Governing Law: The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
