Given the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and its declaration by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as a pandemic, hireful has taken actions to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our people, clients, guests, suppliers and contractors.
the steps we have taken:
We have established a dedicated team who are closely following the recommendations of the UK Government & relevant health authorities – and we’re communicating on a regular basis with our teams.
We have put in place a dedicated page on our intranet and we are keeping it updated with news and information as it arises.
We have tested the robustness of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP). All employees have the ability to work effectively from home with immediate notice.
For the time being, we are discouraging unnecessary travel and we are promoting the use of web based video conferencing.
All employees are being reminded about personal hygiene routines and hand sanitiser gels have been distributed around the offices.
how could the coronavirus affect our services?
We have designed our business operations so our workforce can deliver our services from anywhere, so long as they have access to the internet. Our ATS software is 100% cloud based & it is hosted on Amazon’s AWS platform. Our internal network & business application suite is based on Office365, again fully cloud based.
We do not anticipate our clients experiencing any significant disruptions. However, should we have a number of people incapacitated, it may take us a little longer to respond to client queries and requests. We will of course do our very best to continue achieving our ambitious SLAs.
how can our clients and suppliers help us?
If any of your employees or colleagues are diagnosed with the coronavirus and they have had recent contact with any of hireful’s workforce, we ask you let us know as soon as possible please. If this is the case please call our office or email our co-founder Steve Grainger at steve@hireful.co.uk
