The event is free to attend if you're coming just for the day.

If you'd like to stick around and join us for dinner you can purchase a 'day & dinner' ticket for £35.

Alternatively, if you'd like to stay overnight the day of the event you can purchase a 'day, dinner & stay' ticket which includes breakfast and access to spa facilities, for £150.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

You’re welcome to check in from 3pm – if you arrive earlier and need to store luggage, please ask at reception. Check out is normally 11am, but you can request a later check out from the hotel directly for a small supplement.

Yes! If you'd like to stay the night before, you'll need to book that directly. However, as a partner day delegate, you can secure a room and breakfast for a reduced rate of £120 inclusive of VAT. Alternatively, there are several low cost accommodation options near by, including:

If you've ordered a 'day & dinner' or a 'day, dinner & stay' ticket, we'll add this to your February invoice. 'Day' tickets are free of charge.

Included in a 'day' ticket will be tea and coffee throughout the day, and a hot and cold two-course buffet at lunch time. If you have dietary requirements, please add these at the time of booking, and we’ll make sure you’re catered for. If you've purchased a 'day & dinner' ticket, your evening meal n the 13th February will also be included, while a 'day, dinner & stay' ticket will include your evening meal and breakfast on 14th February.

Yes, there's a complimentary on-site carpark.

During the course of the day, you’ll hear from hireful about how we can help you support your clients. As well as this, we’ll be running a ‘hireful help bar’, where you can find out more about partnering with hireful, our advertising and agency services, or our applicant tracking software. Whether you’re an existing partner looking for some technical advice or you’re just looking to find out more about what we do, there’ll be someone on hand to help.

If you've booked a 'day' ticket and are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can release your ticket to someone else. 

‍If you’ve booked a 'day & dinner' or a 'day, dinner & stay' ticket, you can cancel free of charge up until 14 days before the event. After this, tickets will be charged at full price. If you'd like to change your ticket to a 'day' ticket, you can do this by letting us know before 29th January 2025.
