Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Hireful Ltd ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the competition, participants must register for the "Recruitment Chatbot - Discovery Session" webinar scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 6th May.
3.2. Attendance at the live webinar is not required for eligibility. Registered participants will still be entered into the competition even if they do not attend the live webinar.
4. Competition Period
4.1. The competition begins on 01/04/2025 and ends at 06/05/2025.
4.2. Entries received outside the competition period will not be considered.
5. Prize
5.1. The winner will receive a free chatbot product for a period of two (2) years from the go-live date.
5.2. The winner may choose one of the following chatbot types:- Onboarding chatbot- HR support chatbot- Careers site chatbot
5.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6.2. The winner will be notified via email or phone within fourteen (14) days of the competition closing date.
6.3. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Terms of Use
7.1. The chatbot product must be implemented within three (3) months from the winner's acceptance of the prize.
7.2. The two-year free period begins from the go-live date agreed upon between the winner and the Promoter.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Personal data provided during the competition entry will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.
8.2. By entering the competition, participants consent to the Promoter using their data for competition-related purposes.
9. General
9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
9.2. By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
9.3. The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
10. Governing Law
This competition and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
